Angelina Posoven

Angelina Posoven is a Ukrainian-born multidisciplinary artist based in Amsterdam. She graduated from the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS), training in the classical theatre systems of K. Stanislavski, M. Chekhov, and N. Demidov and has also taken additional workshops at the Giles Foreman Centre (London) and The Moving academy for performing arts (Netherlands).
She is also trained as a classical singer at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

She has performed on stages across Europe as an actress, lyrical singer and performer.
In 2025, she took part in Business as Usual, directed by Anton Kiseljus as part of the Focal Point Festival at Theater Strahl in Berlin and at BRAMAT ’25 Festival in Goleniów, Poland.
She is currently in development of one of the lead roles, Nicole, in the contemporary opera Tender Is the Night by Kees Arntzen, based on the novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Alongside her performance work, she creates interdisciplinary projects developing a physically expressive and musically driven stage language, including Weeping Tower/2023 (physical theatre/ contemporary opera) and Une Tournée endiablée 2026, co-created with Andrey Mikhalev (cabaret, music theatre, elements of clowning).
